David is a distinguished leader renowned for his expertise in real estate and strategic business acumen.

He has held senior executive roles in public companies, including President, Chief Strategy Officer, Global Head of Real Estate, and Head of U.S. Corporate Services.

With three decades of experience, David has successfully managed and invested in large-scale real estate portfolios, orchestrating over $100 billion in commercial and capital investments across ~10,000 property transactions, encompassing ~250 million square feet of assets.

His leadership extends to community and industry roles, having served as President of the Board of the Police Athletic League, a former Governor of the Real Estate Board of New York, and currently as Co-Executive Sponsor of JPMC’s Women on the Move.

David is also dedicated to his family, celebrating thirty-four years of marriage with his wife Sandy, and is a proud father of two married children and a grandfather.
