President, Suffolk Construction
Ralph Esposito is the President of Suffolk Construction. Ralph is responsible for leading Suffolk operations, driving regional business planning and development, recruiting talent in New York and New England, and expanding the company’s presence in new markets, including New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
Ralph played a crucial role in executing the construction of the September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center, the expansion of the Columbia University Manhattanville Campus, and the design-build expansion of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
At Suffolk, Ralph is currently involved with every project, including the renovation of New York’s Waldorf Astoria; the One High Line residential development and Faena Hotel; 80 Clarkson, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, NYU Langone, Northwell Health and Montefiore at White Plains Hospital.
Ralph serves as a board member and Former Chair of the New York Building Congress (NYBC). Board member of Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW), Columbia Center for Buildings, Infrastructure, and Public Space (CBIPS), and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He is also a member leader in the Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT). Ralph was inducted into the National Academy of Construction (NAC) in 2020.
